Crestwood Crisis Intervention Therapy is actively seeking dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our team. This full-time remote position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the mental health field. You will engage with clients using evidence-based approaches, guiding them through challenges such as trauma, anxiety, and depression while fostering their personal growth and resilience.

About the Organization

At Crestwood Crisis Intervention Therapy, we are committed to providing comprehensive mental health services that empower individuals on their journey to recovery. Our organization prides itself on delivering evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. With a focus on compassion and professionalism, we work collaboratively to create an environment that enhances mental wellness and promotes healing.

Work Environment

As a remote-based therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from home while engaging with clients through our outpatient office framework. Our virtual setup supports team collaboration and client interaction, equipped with the latest technology to ensure effective communication and continuity of care. You will follow a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, while also having some flexibility to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth clinical assessments that utilize standardized assessment tools alongside evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Implement a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of each individual.
  • Maintain thorough and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques and client outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, various treatment approaches, and community resources available to them.
  • Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, and other complexities. Your expertise will empower clients to navigate their personal challenges and achieve better mental health outcomes through tailored treatment strategies that address their specific circumstances.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.
  • A solid understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques customized to the unique therapeutic needs of each client.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate effective engagement with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking to develop effective treatment plans and interventions.
  • A commitment to collaborative teamwork, recognizing and valuing the insights and contributions of fellow professionals.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in outpatient settings or crisis intervention therapy is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in working with electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain clinical documentation accurately and timely.
  • Experience in conducting group therapy sessions is a plus, allowing you to engage clients in a supportive, community-oriented environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage aimed at supporting your health and well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance options to ensure your financial security and peace of mind.
  • Coverage for malpractice insurance, providing professional liability protection.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offering support during challenging times.
  • A commitment to minimizing paperwork, allowing you to concentrate on client care rather than administrative tasks.
  • Unlimited referrals enable you to maintain a diverse and fulfilling caseload.
