Health Access Medical Center is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our dedicated team. This fully remote, full-time position entails providing therapeutic services to a diverse clientele within our detox center setting. You will engage with a minimum of 25 clients weekly, utilizing virtual platforms to promote recovery and well-being. Work Environment

As a licensed clinical social worker in our detox center, you will operate in a remote setting that combines flexibility with the critical support of a well-structured organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide virtual psychotherapy services to individuals in recovery, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, treatment goals, and progress.
  • Engage effectively with clients, creating personalized treatment plans, and regularly revising them based on client feedback and clinical judgments.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within our EHR system, adhering to all compliance standards and best practices.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and support staff, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care for patients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with adult clients aged 18 and over who are experiencing substance use disorders and mental health challenges. We value diversity and have a particular focus on serving the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and other minority populations. Your clinical skills will be pivotal in creating a safe and supportive environment that promotes recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited educational institution.
  • Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
  • A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience, ideally in providing therapy to adults facing various mental health and substance use issues.
Preferred Experience
  • Proficiency in CBT and/or Psychodynamic Therapy techniques.
  • Experience working with and addressing the mental health needs of the LGBTQIA+ community.
  • Knowledge of issues related to men's mental health.
  • Previous exposure to diverse populations and varying cultural backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary range for this position is between USD 85,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including:
