Work Environment

This position provides a fully remote work setting, allowing you to create a comfortable and private environment for your sessions. You will be equipped with the necessary tools, including a secure connection to our electronic health records (EHR) system and communication platforms. We value work-life balance, offering you the flexibility to set your schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with no on-call responsibilities. This enables you to focus solely on what matters mostโ€”your clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clientsโ€™ mental health and substance abuse histories, ensuring tailored treatment plans.
  • Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches, helping clients develop coping strategies and personal insights.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care and ensure clients receive holistic support.
  • Engage with families, providing them with education and resources to actively participate in the recovery process.
  • Maintain complete and accurate case notes and documentation, adhering to industry regulations to ensure client confidentiality and compliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is on clients who are generally pre-screened and present with low acuity mental health needs. You will primarily work with adolescents and young adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. Your empathetic and warm approach will foster trust and promote an engagement tailored to their unique situations, ensuring they feel heard and supported throughout their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Current state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD is mandatory to practice.
  • Proven ability to provide telehealth therapy, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
  • Comfortable with technology, including proficiency in the Google suite and EHR systems, facilitating smooth sessions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective interaction with clients and team members alike.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting the standards of our organization.
  • Compassionate engagement skills, allowing you to connect genuinely with patients.
Preferred Experience
  • 2-3 yearsโ€™ experience in providing therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices.
  • A willingness to participate in training related to our care pathways ensures you are adept in our evidence-based frameworks for treatment.

Compensation and Benefits

Thrive Wellness offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
