About this role:
As an Intermountain Health Provider you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and an excellent patient experience. In this role you will perform a variety of duties such as medical history intake, physician examinations, sports physicals, ADHD/ADD management, circumcisions, well childcare and immunizations, treating childhood injuries and illnesses, and monitoring chronic diseases.
You will practice at Our New Community Recreation Center - Grand Junction, CO

What you'll bring:
  • Current state license as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
  • OR
  • Current state license as a Physician Assistant
  • Current certification from a recognized certifying organization such as the National Commission of Physician Assistants.
  • AND
  • Applicable experience as defined by position leadership
  • AND
  • Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
  • Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
  • BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
  • -2 years working experience as a provider in a Family Medicine clinic setting, will be the solo Family Medicine Provider
  • -Schedule:
    -4 10's, M-F, one dedicated day off
