Help
  • You will provide technical oversight and management of facility infrastructure projects as a Subject Matter Expert for planning, design, and construction processes.
  • You will provide technical guidance, advice, and recommendations to Facilities Leadership on problems and critical matters pertaining to assigned division operations and programs.
  • You will provide oversight of safety rules identified in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and EM-385 United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Safety and Health Requirements Manual.
  • You will coordinate with contractors performing site surveys to prepare cost proposals and evaluate project proposals and make recommendations to manage and contracting officers regarding contract awards.

  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 grade equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and developing technical engineering methods and techniques to provide technical oversight of the planning, design, or construction of facilities infrastructure projects ensuring compliance with safety and technical requirements.
