• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients who present symptoms of severe emotional disorders or major mental illness, using evidence-based practices tailored to individual needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing evaluations to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, both individually and in group formats, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where clients feel safe to share and progress on their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff to develop and implement integrative treatment strategies.
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss patient progress, share insights, and strategize on effective interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

The LCSW will primarily engage with individuals in detoxification and recovery settings. Clients vary widely in their backgrounds and experiences, often confronting challenges associated with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health conditions. It is crucial to approach each client with empathy and understanding, recognizing their unique circumstances and providing culturally competent care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Expert knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies for individuals presenting significant mental health challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
• Demonstrated organizational and planning capabilities, enabling efficient management of caseloads and administrative tasks.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and adhering to the professional code of conduct set forth by the organization.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a social worker, preferably within a mental health or addiction treatment context.
• Experience working with diverse populations and in community health settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other clinical documentation software.

The LCSW position at De Lucia Behavioral Health Center offers an attractive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
