• Collaborate closely with patients' families and support networks to monitor behavioral changes, evaluate treatment responses, and adjust strategies as required.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the root causes of mental health issues, developing tailored therapeutic models that suit each patient's unique needs.
• Facilitate referrals to psychiatrists or advanced practice registered nurses (APRN) for further evaluation when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to each patient's care.
• Provide valuable resources and actionable solutions for clients dealing with low self-esteem, family conflicts, substance use disorders, and suicidal ideation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all assigned clients, analyzing data to determine the most effective treatment interventions.

Our clientele includes individuals grappling with a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, as well as those with intellectual disabilities. The counselor's role is integral to assisting these patients in navigating their challenges and achieving recovery through evidence-based practices and personalized support.

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.
• A clean history of medical malpractice claims as verified by a third party.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is preferred, showcasing familiarity with virtual treatment modalities.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health practices.
• Knowledge and utilization of electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.
