What You'll Do

Outcomes, Insights & Educational Impact

  • Contribute to the development and application of quantitative and qualitative approaches to assess educational impact across accredited and non-accredited programs.
  • Analyze and synthesize outcomes data, learner feedback, and qualitative insights to identify trends, practice gaps, and emerging needs.
  • Translate findings into clear, insight-driven narratives that inform educational design and future programming considerations.

Needs Assessment & Strategic Input

  • Participate in needs assessment activities to inform new and existing educational initiatives.
  • Monitor changes in clinical practice, policy, and care delivery models relevant to pharmacy and managed care audiences.
  • Collaborate with medical, editorial, and education teams to translate identified gaps into potential educational concepts and approaches.

Portfolio & Business Support

  • Provide analytical and strategic input to support portfolio planning and program optimization.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the value and differentiation of initiatives.
  • Support internal business development and sales teams in articulating impact and insights to leadership and external partners.

Collaboration & Communication

What Sets You Apart

Compensation Range:
$125,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications. Eligible for annual company bonus program or commission incentive based on role. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for this position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills, and professional experience.
