• Conduct thorough clinical assessments for patients, gathering detailed information to craft personalized treatment plans that are informed by evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that modalities are customized to fit the unique preferences and challenges of each patient.

• Maintain meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring that all patient interactions and treatment plans are accurately recorded.

• Engage in collaborative practice with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and psychologists, to create comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of patients.

• Participate in regular case review meetings and peer consultations to share knowledge and elevate care standards, continuously striving for improvement and excellence in service delivery.

• Provide education and resources to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is essential for this position.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with active standing is required.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
