As an LICSW at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will have several critical responsibilities, including:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to administer care that is responsive to the unique needs of each patient.

The patient population you will serve consists of individuals within the hospice care framework, including diverse groups facing terminal illnesses, emotional distress, and complex grief. Your role will be crucial in addressing mental health needs that often accompany these challenges, promoting both emotional and psychological well-being. By focusing on solution-based practices, you will help clients navigate their circumstances and achieve meaningful treatment goals.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• A valid LICSW license to practice in the state of Massachusetts.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapeutic methods and a demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
