• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate a variety of solution-based therapeutic interventions.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with health regulations and industry standards.

• Facilitate case consultations and participate in peer review meetings to share insights and enhance the quality of care provided.

This role primarily focuses on patients diagnosed with terminal illnesses and their families, addressing the psychosocial challenges they face during this difficult time. You will provide support aimed at improving emotional well-being, facilitating end-of-life discussions, and enhancing the overall quality of life for patients and their loved ones.

• Candidate must possess a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW or LSCSW license in the state of Kansas is mandatory.

• At least two years of clinical experience in social work, ideally within hospice or palliative care settings.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques and group therapy facilitation.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with diverse populations.

• A collaborative spirit, capable of working effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

• Three or more years of experience in a clinical setting specializing in mental health, particularly in hospice or palliative care.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and their usage in maintaining accurate patient documentation.

• Participated in ongoing professional development or training specific to grief counseling or bereavement support.
