• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of patients, developing individualized treatment plans that leverage solution-focused practices.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs, ensuring that each session is meaningful and productive.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records, adhering to regulatory standards to uphold the integrity and confidentiality of patient information.

This position primarily focuses on patients in the hospice care setting, who often face complex emotional and psychological challenges. You'll be helping individuals and their families navigate grief, loss, and end-of-life issues. This role is essential for improving the overall well-being of our clients, assisting them in achieving their treatment goals, and enhancing their quality of life during difficult times.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Possession of a valid LCSW license within the state of Florida is essential.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, with a focus on psychotherapy and a track record of positive client outcomes.
• Strong proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions and demonstrated ability to adapt approaches to meet diverse needs.
