POSITION DESCRIPTION
The ideal candidate will have experience as a pre-litigation plaintiffs case manager who will provide personalized service to injured clients.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 Years' experience minimum, in the field of personal injury as a case manager.
  • Handle average of 75 cases.
  • Knowledge of claims processing with Insurance Carriers, Health Insurance carriers, Medi-care and MediCal.
  • Ability to resolve Property Damage and Loss of Use claims.
  • Locate providers and schedule medical appointments for treatment of injuries.
  • Monitor medical treatment and be the client's advocate by setting-up treatments based on recommendations from providers.
  • Ability to read, review and analyze medical records, surgical records and medical bills.
  • Prepare case files for demands department.
  • Excellent and professional communication skills with clients, providers and staff.
  • Must be bilingual - Spanish.

Case Load
•On average, your case load will be 75 cases. We firmly believe that providing personalized priority service to each client is important. You will collaborate with the attorneys for plan of action, guidance and continued learning.'
Salary: $26.00 to $35.00 /hour and includes aggressive bonus package'
