Job description

Senior Case Manager (Personal Injury)

Be the Commander. Own the Case. Elevate the Outcome.

We’re a high-velocity personal injury firm signing at least one new case every single day....and growing fast. We have strong remote and on-site support teams in place, but what we’re missing is the leader: a Senior Case Manager who can take total ownership of a case from day one and drive it through a flawless, high-impact medical workup.

This is not a passive role. This is a command position.

Your mission is to bring order to chaos, lead with authority, and ensure every case is medically airtight. You will be the proactive, trusted voice for our clients, so informed, so supported, that they never feel the need to chase the attorney for updates.

If you love control, precision, leadership, and results....this role was built for you

What You’ll Own Take Command of New Cases

From the moment a case is signed, you’re in charge. You’ll direct intake and support staff to obtain police reports, open insurance claims, and build the file with commander-level accuracy and urgency. Nothing slips. Nothing gets missed.

Master the Medical Workup

This is where you shine. You are the authority on the medical phase referring clients to the right providers, tracking treatment compliance, spotting gaps in care, and knowing exactly when a case is ready for MRIs, injections, or advanced diagnostics. You build the foundation that drives value.

Be the Client’s Champion

You are the primary point of contact and advocate. You’ll implement a proactive communication rhythm that keeps clients informed, confident, and calm, freeing the attorney to focus on high-level legal strategy instead of status calls.

Lead, Direct & Audit the Team

You don’t “check in” - you lead. You tell the team what needs to be done, how it should be done, and you verify it’s done right. You are the final line of quality control for medical records, billing, and documentation.

Build Demands That Win

Using your deep understanding of the injury narrative and medical evidence, you’ll draft compelling, strategic demand packages designed to maximize settlement value and pressure adjusters where it counts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience, with clear mastery of the medical workup phase

  • Leadership presence - you’re comfortable directing staff, setting expectations, and holding people accountable

  • Clinical literacy - you can read medical records, understand diagnostics, and craft a persuasive injury story

  • Volume confidence - you thrive in a fast-paced firm signing 1+ cases per day without sacrificing quality

  • Tech savvy - experience with PracticePanther or similar case management software is a strong plus

  • Elite communication skills - calm, confident, and empathetic, even in tough client conversations

  • Bilingual (Spanish and/or Tagalog) is preferred

Must also be able to:

1. Drafting demands

2. Settlement negotiations

3. Lien negotiations

4. Disbursements
