Division Director, Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery – Skilled Nursing

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an exceptional executive leader to serve as our next senior leader Division Director of Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery for our Skilled Nursing practice.

This is a remote executive leadership position with approximately 25% travel. Candidates located in the eastern U.S. region are preferred.

As key member of the executive leadership team for the Skilled Nursing Practice, the Division Director Clinical Strategy, Innovation, and Care Delivery, you will partner closely with the Practice President and senior enterprise leaders to define and execute the long-term clinical strategy for BAYADA's Skilled Nursing practice.

You will lead Practice-wide strategic initiatives that advance clinical excellence, transform care delivery, accelerate innovation, and position BAYADA at the forefront of an evolving healthcare landscape. This role requires a strategic executive who can translate vision into action while influencing leaders across clinical, operational, financial, technology, and business functions.

Your leadership will directly impact clinical quality, organizational growth, value-based care performance, shape future clinical strategies, achieve operational excellence, and the future experience of both patients and clinicians.

What You'll Lead

Enterprise Clinical Strategy

  • Develop and execute the long-term clinical vision and strategic roadmap for BAYADA's Skilled Nursing practice.
  • Partner with executive leadership to shape organizational priorities, identify emerging market opportunities, and position the organization for sustainable growth.
  • Champion innovative approaches that improve care delivery while enhancing operational and financial performance.

Innovation & Care Transformation

  • Lead enterprise initiatives that redefine how skilled nursing care is delivered.
  • Evaluate and implement innovative care models, technology solutions, artificial intelligence, automation, and digital health strategies.
  • Anticipate changes across healthcare delivery, reimbursement, and regulatory environments while proactively positioning the organization for future success.

Clinical Excellence & Performance

  • Establish and maintain industry-leading standards for clinical quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and patient outcomes.
  • Drive measurable improvements across quality metrics, patient satisfaction, value-based performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and evidence-based practice throughout the organization.

Executive Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing clinical leadership teams across multiple markets.

What You'll Bring

Education & Licensure

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.

Executive Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive executive clinical leadership within home health, post-acute care, or complex healthcare organizations.
  • Both Adult and pediatric clinical leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale clinical transformation, innovation, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Experience developing organizational strategy and leading through periods of growth and change.
  • Deep understanding of value-based care, population health, healthcare reimbursement, and evolving care delivery models.
  • Proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead across highly matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25%.

Compensation

  • Base salary: $185,000–$200,000, based on qualifications.
  • Annual incentive opportunity of up to 25% of base salary.
