Requirements:

  • Active RN license with a Compact License (required)
  • BSN or equivalent degree
  • 5+ years of Occupational Health program management experience
  • Experience with OSHA recordkeeping and Workers' Compensation laws
  • Strong case management experience
  • Experience managing occupational health programs
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with computer systems and documentation


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Occupational Health (COHN)
  • Certification in Case Management (CCM)


Responsibilities:

  • Support occupational health programs in the absence of the Occupational Health Nurse
  • Manage employee injury and illness cases, including return-to-work coordination
  • Maintain OSHA, Workers' Compensation, DOT, and occupational health documentation
  • Partner with EHS, HR, managers, and healthcare providers on case management and investigations
  • Administer and oversee the random drug and alcohol testing program
  • Support ergonomics initiatives and workplace injury prevention
  • Assist with new hire orientation, health promotion, and EHS training
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMLA, ADA, and applicable state regulations
