This position is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home while utilizing our state-of-the-art telehealth platform. Our technology allows therapists to connect with clients through secure video calls, phone consultations, and messaging. The digital tools provided reduce administrative burdens significantly, allowing you to focus on what matters most—providing care and support to your clients.

• Conduct virtual sessions with clients via phone, video chat, or messaging through our telehealth application.
• Facilitate 30- or 45-minute sessions focused on strategies and interventions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Keep comprehensive notes post-session to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engage in regular consultation with peers or supervisors to enhance therapeutic techniques and address complex cases.
• Stay informed about industry best practices in telehealth and incorporate evidence-based methods into your practice.

The clients you will serve are primarily stable individuals with low-acuity conditions who benefit from remote care. You will have the option to focus on specific demographics, including those dealing with ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship issues, and weight disorders. The platform is designed to connect you with clients that fit within your expertise, ensuring that the therapeutic process remains effective and fulfilling.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid independent license to practice as a mental health counselor in Pennsylvania, with no disciplinary actions on record.
• A reliable computer (PC or laptop), high-speed internet connection, and a working phone—please note that tablets are not permitted for sessions.

• Demonstrated experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably in a telehealth setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems or client management software.
• Ability to engage clients effectively in a virtual environment and build connection through digital communication.
