As a licensed mental health therapist, you will be part of a fully remote team that connects through a user-friendly platform designed specifically for mental health professionals. As a licensed mental health therapist at New Leaf Counseling Center, you will carry out an array of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting empathetic and ethical individual counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities that effectively address the unique needs of each client.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that outline specific goals catered to support clients in coping with psychological challenges.
• Facilitating client self-exploration and insight regarding their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal relationships, encouraging self-discovery and growth.
• Monitoring clients’ progress throughout their treatment journey, making therapeutic adjustments where necessary, and equipping them with healthy coping mechanisms.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No history of disciplinary actions or limitations on your license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, complemented by a sympathetic, patient-centered approach to therapy.
• Strong computer literacy to navigate our digital platforms efficiently.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth therapy, behavioral health settings, or working with diverse populations will have an advantage.
