As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients, utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to their needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments and intake interviews to determine eligibility for services, ensuring all clients meet medical necessity criteria.
• Design and facilitate psycho-educational groups and classes, including parenting workshops and skill-building sessions that cater to the needs of families.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapy sessions, adhering to all regulatory and insurance requirements.
• Ensure timely billing of supervised hours to meet contractual obligations, maximizing our clinic's financial viability and ability to serve its clients.

Our clinic serves a wide demographic, providing care to both children and adults who seek support for a variety of mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and behavioral concerns. Your expertise will be critical in guiding families through complex issues while fostering a safe and non-judgmental space for healing and growth.

The following qualifications are essential for this role:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of experience providing therapy in a clinical or community-based setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client cases and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivation and strong initiative, particularly in relation to maintaining up-to-date billing practices and documentation processes.

While not mandatory, the following experiences would enhance your candidacy:

• Experience in telehealth practices and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms.
• Training or specialization in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or play therapy.
• Previous experience working in community health settings with a focus on diverse populations.
