We’re seeking transitioning service members with backgrounds or interest in any of the following areas: * Program & Project Management * Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence * IT & Cloud Infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Data Analytics, Engineering, or Visualization * Logistics & Operations Planning * Systems Engineering or Architecture * Compliance & Risk (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, RMF) * Business Operations, Strategy, or Finance * Training & Knowledge Management * Agile Delivery & Technical Product Ownership * Internal Corporate Functions (HR, Talent, Marketing, Legal) Responsibilities * Participate in real-time client delivery or internal corporate initiatives * Contribute to mission-driven projects with clear goals and deliverables * Receive mentorship from experienced practitioners and practice leaders * Develop or enhance civilian professional skills in a fast-paced environment * Translate military experience into business-relevant capabilities * Gain exposure to cutting-edge tools, methodologies, and frameworks Minimum Qualifications * Active-duty U.S. military personnel eligible for SkillBridge during 2025 * Command approval to participate in the program * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Self-starter with a high degree of professionalism and accountability * Comfortable working in hybrid, remote, or client-facing settings * Clearance requirements vary (Secret or higher preferred for some roles) Preferred Experience (Varies by Role) * Certifications: PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS/GCP/Azure Associate or Professional, Sec+, CEH, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, etc. * Familiarity with federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, RMF) * Experience working in or supporting DoD, IC, or federal civilian agencies * Previous leadership, operational planning, or enterprise IT experience Why Redhorse Skillbridge program?
