Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans that promote healing and growth.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Document client progress meticulously to maintain accurate and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, participating in case reviews and strategy meetings to enhance overall client care.
• Stay current with the latest research in social work, mental health therapies, and community resources to continually improve treatment practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on clients who are dealing with various forms of mental distress, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
