Job Summary
This position is responsible for the administration of the variable incentive compensation for the ZOLL CMS US Salesforce. In addition, providing overall data-driven insight, forecasting business performance to guide organizational decision-making, as well as supporting operational Finance & Accounting activities. This position will also assist in developing reports & metrics for strategic projects as they occur throughout the organization.
Essential Functions

  • Responsible for calculating variable compensation for US Sales team.

  • Supports Business Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes.

  • Responsible for monthly revenue modeling by product.

  • Prepares monthly analytical reporting of costs & other metric trends by product.

  • Ability to work cross functionally with individuals and teams throughout the organization; assist in implementing business models to build metrics.

  • Supports accounting functions, such as general ledger & reconciliations.

  • Assists in development and enforcement of operational and business controls.

  • Brings creativity and innovative ways to provide value adding solutions.

  • Provides support to internal customers as needs arise, including special projects, ad-hoc analysis, and other duties as assigned.

  • Rely on experience to accomplish both individual & team goals.


Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is required

  • Must have 5+ years of related experience required

  • Substantial analytical experience required, in combination with strong accounting and technology/software skills


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong Excel skills required, ability to visualize & present actionable insights.

  • Data analytics, mining, and report creation experience.

  • Proven competence to extract meaningful data, presentation experience preferred.

  • Ability to design and configure solutions based on changing business needs, including development of multi-product requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail, as well as written & verbal communication.

  • General accounting, ERP and technology/software experience.

  • Ability to work with diverse groups of people to achieve a common goal.

  • Financial modeling, quantitative analytics, & project management a plus, not required.

The annual salary for this position is:

$75,000.00 to $95,000.00
