Job description

About the Role

You are a PM on the Clinical Strategy, enabling providers to elevate the patient experience while giving them more time to focus on care. You will work with your product team, stakeholders, and customers to build our product across a large, nationwide network of clinicians. Your impact will not only be seen in the lives of the patients who receive timely and adequate care but also in the way our healthcare system operates by increasing digital connectivity across the system.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Research

  • Work with current and potential partners to aid in customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning for your roadmap
  • Define product release slices for Clinician experience that optimize for time to value
  • Measure and analyze the product success/fail metrics in your product area and align them to our overall business goals

Product Development Delivery

  • Align your balanced product team on a clear strategy and prioritize work in progress to maximize user outcomes, customer satisfaction and business growth
  • Build artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.)
  • Supports your team through the product build and launch process
  • Manage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to value
  • Help define and measure success metrics
  • Define methods for customer feedback loops

Team and Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with customers and external stakeholders to develop solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop and get products to market
  • Coordinate across the organization, customers, and partners to articulate and execute product decisions

Who You Are

  • Communication & Collaboration: An excellent communicator, presenting ideas clearly and succinctly, and highly collaborative, working with diverse stakeholders to create alignment around product vision and prioritization.
  • Results-Oriented & Analytical: You can look at problems and create solutions from high-level goals that drive real business impact to ground-level execution. You are analytical, using data to clarify decisions wherever possible.
  • Strategic & User-Focused: Great at prioritizing in a complex healthcare landscape. You are user-focused, empathetic, curious, and ask questions before offering solutions. You build the right thing, with a bias towards delivering customer value based on goals and metrics.
  • Experienced: You have 7+ years of product management experience, including at least 4 years working on clinician-facing experiences.
  • Ambiguity & Risk Management: You have past successes driving software products forward, ideally at a startup. You cut through ambiguity, comfortable taking calculated risks and making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Travel: You are located within the United States and are willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences (1-2 trips per quarter).

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • A background in healthcare, and knowledge of healthcare complexity
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment

Who You Aren't

  • You're not a solo act. Our PMs lead by influence. They thrive in a team-based environment and believe in making decisions with broad input.
  • You aren't someone who can only thrive in highly structured environments. We are a fast-paced startup where processes are still being defined and refined
  • You're not simply a project manager or product owner.
  • You aren't indifferent or dismissive of the perspectives of users, stakeholders, or team members.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Comprehensive plans with options for low-to-no-cost premiums.
  • Employer HSA Contribution: Company-funded contributions to your Health Savings Account.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan
  • Equity Incentive Plan
  • Annual Company-Wide Bonus: Opportunity for up to 15% bonus based on company performance.
  • Remote-First Culture: We are remote-first with a dedicated NYC office and reimbursement options for co-working spaces.
  • Flexible Vacation Policy
  • Summer Fridays: 5 additional Fridays off during the summer (separate from PTO).
  • Home Office and Wellness Stipend
  • Monthly Internet Stipend
  • Annual Learning and Development Stipend

Base Salary Bands (based on experience and level)

$160,000 - $200,000
