This position is primarily remote, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your own home while utilizing digital platforms for therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and detailed risk assessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and life circumstances.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various contexts, including individual, family, couple, and group therapy sessions.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, aligning with both clinic policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Offer psychoeducation to clients and families, equipping them with strategies and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health challenges.
  • Engage with a multidisciplinary team, which may consist of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure holistic and comprehensive patient care.
  • Regularly conduct outcome assessments to evaluate treatment effectiveness and adjust therapeutic approaches as necessary to enhance client outcomes.
  • Stay updated with current research, emerging trends, and best practices in mental health to continuously improve your clinical practice.
  • Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all patient interactions to foster trust and respect.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
