How you will make an impact:
The Senior Manager, Workforce Risk is a strategic leadership role responsible for ensuring that every client implementation meets the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence. You'll lead the HR and compliance workstream to ensure seamless integration of regulatory requirements into client workforce solutions. This role bridges legal obligations and business operations, helping clients confidently navigate complex employment law landscapes while enabling scalable growth.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in human resources, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of labor and employment laws, including knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to areas such as discrimination, harassment, wage and hour laws, employee benefits, FMLA, ADA, and other relevant statutes.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Prior experience ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies such as the EEOC, DOL, and OSHA.
  • Proven track record of collaborative cross-departmental work and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, UKG Ready preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
