• Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families via a secure telehealth platform, ensuring sessions are effective and confidential.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to inform treatment planning, evaluate clients' needs, and identify underlying issues contributing to psychological distress.
• Collaborate with patients to create comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention support, demonstrating the ability to assess risk levels and coordinate with emergency services when necessary.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
• Educate clients on effective communication strategies and coping mechanisms, enhancing their ability to navigate relational challenges and daily stresses.
• Engage in regular multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights on complex cases and ensuring comprehensive care coordination for patients.

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Current certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals through the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional clinical skills, particularly in managing therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
• Capability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring client safety and well-being.
• Strong knowledge of ethical considerations, confidentiality, and HIPAA regulations.

• Experience working with telehealth platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Previous work within a multidisciplinary team contributing to holistic patient care approaches.
• Experience in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or systemic therapy.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees.
