• Deliver tailored virtual Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions for clients, addressing diverse mental health concerns.
• Utilize our user-friendly EMR system to document sessions clearly and efficiently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Engage in regular educational and consultative meetings with peers, fostering professional development and collaborative learning.
• Maintain a healthy work-life balance by adhering to daytime hours with no weekend commitments, allowing for personal time and self-care.

Your role will involve working with a wide range of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. By employing a client-centered approach, you will develop effective treatment plans and interventions that cater to the unique needs of each individual, supporting their journey towards improved mental health.

• Valid Florida licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A graduate degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• At least two years of independent clinical experience, showcasing your ability to manage a caseload with competence.
• Excellent documentation skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and detail, combined with digital proficiency to navigate various software efficiently.

• Experience working in a remote therapy setting, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges of virtual counseling.
• Familiarity with Evidence-Based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar modalities.
• Background in crisis intervention and risk assessment to ensure client safety and effective treatment planning.
