Work Environment

This is a fully remote position that allows you to create a comfortable and productive work setting, from the convenience of your home. Our organization champions flexibility, allowing you to design your work schedule within operational hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without on-call obligations. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide weekly therapeutic sessions via live video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based care tailored to individual adult clients' needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that address client needs holistically.
  • Utilize technology to administer symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal tracking tools, adapting treatment strategies based on real-time feedback.
