This is a fully remote position that allows you to create a comfortable and productive work setting, from the convenience of your home. Our organization champions flexibility, allowing you to design your work schedule within operational hours of Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, without on-call obligations. We provide our counselors with a robust support system, including access to IT assistance, billing support, and operational resources that enhance your ability to deliver exceptional care.

• Provide weekly therapeutic sessions via live video conferencing, utilizing evidence-based care tailored to individual adult clients' needs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to ensure comprehensive, integrated treatment plans that address client needs holistically.
• Utilize technology to administer symptom self-assessments, functional improvement measures, and goal tracking tools, adapting treatment strategies based on real-time feedback.
• Engage in continuous professional development through access to weekly consultation sessions with leadership and opportunities for free continuing education training (CEUs).
• Participate in team meetings for case discussions, contributing insights for more effective client engagement and treatment outcomes.

You will be working primarily with adults who experience a wide range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and other serious mental health issues. Our commitment extends to individuals at heightened risk, ensuring that you are prepared to offer the compassionate, culturally responsive care that each client deserves. • Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 1 year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist.
• Must demonstrate a thorough understanding and application of cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of clients and mental health issues, promoting culturally responsive care.

• At least 2 years of recent experience delivering therapy to adult clients, particularly those in higher-risk populations.
• Familiarity with digital mental health tools and a keen interest in utilizing technology to enhance therapeutic practices.
