This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. We utilize a robust telehealth platform that integrates live video counseling sessions with convenient self-guided video lessons, enhancing the treatment experience for our patients. Our operational support teams are always available via IT and clinical drop-in hours to help you navigate any challenges in your practice without stress.

• Conduct weekly video counseling sessions with individual adult clients, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate their mental health journeys.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment approaches and coordinated care.
• Utilize automated self-assessments and progress tracking tools to monitor clients’ symptoms and treatment effectiveness, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Participate in regular consultations with clinical supervisors and attend scheduled drop-in sessions to enhance your practice and receive support when needed.
• Effectively document client interactions and treatment progress utilizing our user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring all treatment protocols are adhered to.

Your work will predominantly focus on adults from varied backgrounds, facing diverse mental health issues. You will engage with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or more severe mental health conditions requiring tailored therapeutic interventions. Your commitment to providing culturally responsive care will be essential to building trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work, with valid licensure (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 1 year of independent clinical practice as a licensed Therapist, Counselor, or Psychologist.
• Ability to work with higher risk adult populations, demonstrating confidence in managing complex clinical scenarios.

• At least 2 years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based treatments to individual adults with a range of mental health disorders.
• Strong proficiency with technology, exhibiting a propensity for integrating digital solutions to enhance clinical outcomes.
• A commitment to providing equitable and culturally relevant care to a diverse client population.

The salary for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, a retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
