• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments tailored to the needs of each client.
• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients, addressing specific goals while considering their cultural backgrounds and personal values.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.
• Respond to clients in crisis by offering timely intervention and ensuring continuity of care through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain rigorous clinical documentation practices by keeping accurate and up-to-date records such as progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and ethical standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and families to empower them with strategies to effectively manage their mental health conditions.
• Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.
• Regularly evaluate treatment outcomes and modify treatment plans to improve efficacy based on findings and client feedback.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and best practices in mental health, integrating new knowledge into clinical practice to enhance treatment quality.
• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.

While not mandatory, previous experience employing evidence-based therapeutic methods and working with diverse populations is highly desirable. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and mental health assessment tools will enhance your candidacy.
