• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate individual needs, preferences, and strengths.
• Provide consultation and support in the formulation of crisis intervention plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring seamless communication with the clinical team.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate client progress and inform treatment methodologies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans, enhancing positive outcomes for clients.
• Engage actively in all licensing and accreditation activities, ensuring that clinic practices adhere to the highest standards.
• Act as a liaison with local, state, and federal service systems as well as community partners to navigate resources for clients.
• Foster community relationships to drive program promotion, identify innovative partnerships, and secure funding opportunities.
• Participate in professional development through conferences, workshops, and networking opportunities, remaining current in emerging trends within the mental health field.
• Embody and promote agency values and mission through every interaction.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.
