We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive outbound prospecting, lead generation and renewed customer adoption. In this high-volume role, you will hunt, qualify, and acquire new dealership accounts within your territory through both warm & cold lead sources. As the first point of contact, you will use a consultative approach to uncover prospect pain points, pitch our disruptive technology, and turn leads into active marketplace users. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of high-volume inside sales or outbound prospecting experience and a proven track record of crushing activity metrics and sales targets.

You will:
  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email campaigns, and SMS to identify and qualify new dealership opportunities.
  • Manage the top of the sales funnel, effectively qualifying leads and converting prospect interest into new platform registrations.
  • Retargeting of lapsed dealerships who registered on platform, yet failed to ever successfully transact
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in our product, industry trends, and the competitive landscape to effectively position our value proposition.
  • Thoroughly document all prospecting activity, lead data, and customer interactions in our CRM to ensure seamless pipeline management.
  • Track and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, including outbound call volume, connect rates, and new account acquisitions.
  • Deliver compelling elevator pitches and mini-demos, educating prospects on best practices and empowering them to see the immediate value of our marketplace.

Where you work:
Your work is performed as a Remote Inside Sales employee, selling via phone/email communications.
Must Have's:
  • 1-3 years of high-volume outbound inside sales or prospecting experience (BDR/SDR experience preferred).
  • Proven track record of thriving in a metric-driven environment (high talk-time, call volume, and daily targets).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural talent for objection handling and persuasion.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills-capable of managing a high volume of leads without letting prospects slip through the cracks.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and proficiency in Google Suite offerings.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and maintain high activity levels in a remote work environment.

  • Experience with DOMO or other data analysis tools.

Compensation Range of
