Ibility is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Senior Analyst to lead and support change initiatives for a large federal agency. This role focuses on applying proven change management methodologies and solutions to address the human factors that impact the organization's ability to achieve its strategic goals.

The OCM Senior Analyst will leverage industry-standard tools and frameworks to guide the development of a future-state organizational design, ensuring alignment across people, processes, and culture. This individual will work closely with stakeholders to drive adoption, enhance engagement, and enable sustainable transformation.

This is a fully remote position.

Travel requirement: No travel is planned at this time, but should domestic travel be scheduled, each site visit may be approximately 3 days long.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess OCM and operational readiness.
  • Facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and lead co-ordination/collaboration from various business units.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groups.
  • Identify and formulate organizational target state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders.
  • Identify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change.
  • Develop and execute communication plans.
  • Define approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change capacity within differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them.
  • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change.
  • Define activities to support change and transition initiatives.
  • Develop and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution.
  • Work directly with the client and end user to affect change.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers both internal and external.
  • Test and review all deliverables to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Be the teammate everyone wants on their team and take ownership in making our company the best place to work.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Change, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation. ERP experience strongly desired.
  • Strong technical and creative writing skills.
  • Strong organization & planning skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently or with little direction, when required.
  • Understanding or experience working with VA strongly desired.
  • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Ability to interface well with SME's, end-users, and client stakeholders across the organization.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

  • Prosci Change Practitioner or equivalent
  • VA, VHA, or VBA experience preferred
  • Experience supporting a Financial Management system transformation
