• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
• Establish specific therapeutic goals and monitor client progress through regular check-ins, feedback, and therapy adjustments.
• Provide teletherapy services to increase accessibility for clients, ensuring they receive the necessary support regardless of location.

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents facing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability in effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong client relationships.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and documentation requirements.

• Experience in a private practice setting is highly desirable, particularly in outpatient counseling.
