• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to determine mental health needs, including diagnostic assessments tailored to identify specific issues.
• Provide individualized one-on-one counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients manage conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions designed to foster community support and education around mental health issues, utilizing group dynamics to enhance therapeutic experiences.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that include clear goals and action steps, regularly evaluating clients' progress and making necessary adjustments to the strategies employed.
• Assist clients during crises by delivering immediate support, conducting risk assessments for safety, and coordinating emergency interventions in collaboration with local resources.
• Actively participate in ongoing training, workshops, and supervision to stay abreast of the latest trends, methodologies, and research in mental health counseling.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, experiencing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our focus includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, as well as those navigating addiction recovery. We prioritize culturally competent care and aim to address the unique needs of every client we serve, fostering an environment of trust and understanding.

• A master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess active licensure as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida.
• Completion of three years of supervised clinical hours, reflecting practical experience in a variety of mental health settings.
• Proficient in conducting thorough mental health assessments and capable of developing tailored treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while building rapport with clients.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development to ensure compliance with licensure requirements.

• Experience in trauma-informed care, addiction counseling, or family therapy is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated understanding of current mental health trends and familiarity with telehealth platforms.
• Ability to effectively engage clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

The salary for this position ranges between $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes, but is not limited to:
