We're looking for someone who thinks ahead, anticipates what a project needs and keeps momentum moving forward in the right direction.
In this role you will use existing skills to apply comprehensive knowledge across key project tasks and high-impact assignments. That means owning the budget, schedule, and resourcing needed to keep a project on track, and staying ahead of risk as it emerges throughout the project lifecycle. You'll keep the client informed along the way, working within Agile environments as needed. You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience with planning, initiating, and managing information technology (IT) projects, including business process modernization using low-code/no-code platforms such as Power Platform or Dynamics 365
  • 3+ years of experience with leading and guiding the work of technical and functional domain staff
  • Experience identifying risks and issues proactively, before they impact deadlines, standards, or cost targets
  • Experience with planning project stages and assessing business implications at each stage
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience navigating conflict among stakeholders or team members and resolving it directly
  • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Agile PMP Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience managing projects involving Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse or Dynamics 365 modules
  • Experience with Enterprise Performance Life Cycle (EPLC) frameworks

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
