• Provide individual and group psychotherapy services, ensuring the delivery of personalized care to clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
• Utilize psychological assessments and diagnostic tools to evaluate clients’ mental health status and develop effective treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement realistic treatment goals in collaboration with clients, while continuously monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Deliver emergency intervention services, including crisis counseling and risk assessments to manage potential self-harm or suicidal ideation.
• Work closely with fellow healthcare providers, community resources, and agencies to foster holistic care and support for clients' needs.
• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and promptly, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in the conception and refinement of clinical policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to maintain licensure and stay current with best practices in social work.

The role focuses on a diverse patient population, including but not limited to, individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. As an LCSW, you will employ a culturally sensitive approach in your practice, ensuring that all clients feel valued and understood.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and a current LCSW license.
• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health care to individuals, couples, and families.
• Proficient understanding of various evidence-based treatment methodologies and interventions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds, showcasing sensitivity and respect towards their unique experiences.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, paired with a commitment to improving client mental health outcomes.

• Experience with telehealth or remote counseling practices.
• Background in community health settings or nonprofit organizations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
