• Utilize electronic medical records systems to meticulously monitor, document, and communicate patient progress towards therapeutic goals and the overall treatment plan.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Maintain adherence to ethical standards, following applicable codes of conduct to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.
• Strictly follow all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols as set forth by Inward Healing, ensuring compliance and quality in service delivery.
• Demonstrate reliability by adhering to your designated work schedule, while being open to assist with adjustments as directed by your supervisor.
• Execute all directives and instructions provided by the leadership team to ensure a seamless operational flow and high-quality client care.

This role primarily focuses on young people aged 10 to 24, addressing their diverse mental health needs ranging from anxiety and depression to behavioral issues and social relationships. By utilizing a client-centered therapeutic approach, you will foster a safe and supportive space for youth to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and promote personal growth. Your interventions will be crucial in not only addressing immediate concerns but also in fostering long-term resilience and coping skills that contribute to their overall well-being.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively, even in a high caseload environment.
• A proactive attitude in motivating clients and maintaining enthusiasm and dedication to their therapeutic journey.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services or counseling in a community health or educational setting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations and adapt therapeutic techniques to meet various cultural and individual needs.
• Experience with electronic health record systems to document and track patient progress.

Inward Healing offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
