This role allows for a flexible and supportive remote work setting, where licensed therapists can provide both in-home and outpatient therapy sessions. With an emphasis on collaboration, therapists will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, social workers, and family support specialists, ensuring a holistic approach to care. You will primarily engage with the youth in their natural environments, promoting comfort and familiarity that enhances therapeutic efficacy.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, either in-home or at the outpatient center, to address the emotional and behavioral needs of children and their families.
• Implement evidence-based interventions focused on anger management, social skills development, and coping strategies to mitigate high-risk behaviors, such as self-injurious behaviors and physical aggression.
• Assist caregivers in enhancing their decision-making capabilities, providing them with the tools to manage behavioral challenges in the home.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including intake assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, ensuring compliance with all agency policies and state regulations.
• Participate in monthly team meetings to discuss client progress and recommend necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on the latest therapeutic insights and data.

The primary clients served in this role are children and teenagers aged 3-20 who are experiencing developmental challenges and intellectual disabilities. Our therapists are tasked with forming meaningful connections with these young individuals, fostering a safe space for growth and exploration. By focusing on their unique needs, you will guide them through personal challenges, offering personalized strategies that promote resilience and self-confidence.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in Oregon is mandatory.
• Availability for a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours (4-7 PM) is essential, with weekend availability considered a desirable asset.

• Prior experience in providing positive behavior support, specifically in a therapeutic setting, is highly desirable.
• A background in working with children with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) is a significant plus.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for travel between session locations.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting, as required by state regulations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
