• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), to deliver effective psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Provide crisis intervention support and work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for individuals facing acute crises.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to all clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families on mental health topics, empowering them with knowledge and tools to manage their conditions successfully.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate efficacy and make necessary adjustments to therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing trustful relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.
