• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, risk factors, and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinical assessments and clients’ expressed goals.
• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Monitor and document client progress through regular check-ins, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans while ensuring outcomes are met.
• Deliver crisis intervention techniques when necessary, ensuring clients receive immediate support in challenging situations.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records, adhering to ethical standards and state regulations.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
