• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients to co-create individualized treatment plans that take into account their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings including individual, couples, family, and group sessions.
• Provide essential crisis intervention services, ensuring clients receive the necessary support during acute distress while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with vital skills and knowledge to effectively manage their mental health.
• Engage as an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive care.
• Assess treatment outcomes regularly to measure effectiveness and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with current research, best practices, and trends in the mental health field, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain the confidentiality of all patient information at all times.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work is required.
• An active State license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience in using CPT, DBT, and SFBT techniques in a clinical setting.

The annual salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 84,000, commensurate with experience.
