• Provide clinical psychotherapy and mental health services to patients dealing with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
• Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ mental health conditions, covering emotional, behavioral, and social aspects to tailor individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to develop and implement effective treatment strategies, ensuring they are culturally competent and sensitive to each patient’s unique background.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, primary care providers, and specialists—to coordinate a holistic approach to patient care.
• Monitor patient progress diligently, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary based on patient feedback and clinical outcomes.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment options, and local community resources.
• Maintain high professional standards by adhering to ethical guidelines, including confidentiality and informed consent protocols.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse patient population, holding a deep commitment to supporting individuals facing varying challenges related to their mental health. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois is essential.
• At least 2 years of experience in providing psychotherapeutic services and other mental health care.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams.
• Sound clinical skills, particularly in conducting assessments and creating evidence-based treatment plans.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and proficiency in utilizing healthcare software to manage patient documentation.
• A thorough knowledge of various mental health conditions and treatments, along with the challenges patients face in accessing care.
• Ability to uphold confidentiality while maintaining ethical practices in all interactions.

• Three or more years in clinical social work with a focus on mental health.
• Experience working with marginalized or at-risk populations.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual care methodologies.
