FearFree Healthcare Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our interdisciplinary team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This full-time position allows flexibility through a remote work setting, enabling team members to contribute effectively from their preferred locations. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate students' mental health, identifying their strengths and challenges, and developing tailored intervention strategies.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a variety of mental health concerns.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, educators, parents, and other professionals to coordinate comprehensive care that supports each studentโ€™s individual needs.
  • Assist students and their families in understanding mental health diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and medication management, ensuring they feel empowered and informed.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic frameworks and evidence-based practices to foster healing and progress.
  • Engage in the formulation of treatment plans, working with the mental health team to incorporate the goals and preferences of each student.
  • Guide students through navigating the mental health system, advocating for their rights, and identifying resources that can aid their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is to support the mental health needs of students within the school setting. This includes working with a diverse demographic of children and adolescents who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or other emotional challenges. Our goal is to equip these young individuals with the tools and strategies required for successful adaptation and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
  • Current and valid state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
