Who We're Seeking

Qvest is seeking a team of Consulting Analysts to join our consulting practices in Los Angeles and New York, starting in late summer 2027. We are looking for organized, ambitious team members who excel in fast-paced environments, bring a superior work ethic to every task, strive for growth & development, and view every new experience as an opportunity to learn.

This role is open to current undergraduate seniors only, or graduate students currently completing their final year without full-time work experience. If you have already completed your undergraduate or graduate degree prior to Winter 2026, please review our open roles for experienced professionals. If you are currently an undergraduate junior, please review our Internship opportunities.

What You'll Do
  • Create deliverables and work closely with your team to iterate until client-ready, using modern tools to enhance depth, accuracy and speed of work
  • Test and evaluate new systems and technologies, validating system capabilities for client solutions
  • Support end-to-end project management by delivering clear status reports, raising risks and issues, and helping keep engagements on schedule
  • Facilitate interactive, collaborative workshops and interviews with client stakeholders to collect user requirements, uncover pain points, and document business needs
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships across client organizations and internal Qvest teams
  • Propel Qvest's growth by contributing to strategy, methodology enhancement, and talent recruitment
What You'll Bring
  • 0 - 2 years of part time or internship work experience, preferably in an analytical capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in team environments and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • A natural curiosity for emerging technology and experience using AI or automation tools to enhance work quality and speed
  • A proactive drive to solve problems and rethink processes
  • Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills, maintaining high attention to detail across complex tasks
  • A history of success throughout academic career
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, economics, business or other related fields, with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

Travel Requirements
Employees are responsible for traveling to and from client sites as required by their project or assignment, regardless of location. Travel may include sites outside the employee’s primary office location, state, or region. 
Remote & Hybrid Work
Employees are expected to report onsite at the client location when required by the project scope, client request, or management directive. While remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects. 
Working Hours

Although weekly working hours will vary by project & client, we typically expect teammates to work from approximately 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, at a minimum. Some weeks or days may require you to work more or less hours, depending on the needs of the business and the client. This does not apply to days where teammates have approved time off, such as vacation days, sick days, personal days, holidays, or any other approved time off.
