LAW FIRM MARKETING ASSOCIATE

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Law Firm Marketing Associate to support the execution of strategic marketing and business development initiatives at a boutique law firm. This individual will play a key role in enhancing the firm's brand presence, supporting attorney visibility, and driving client engagement across multiple practice areas. This is a partially remote position based in New York with competitive compensation and bonus eligibility.

About the Role

As the Marketing Associate, you will work closely with firm leadership and attorneys to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. You'll manage digital presence, coordinate client-facing initiatives, and support business development efforts across the firm's practice areas.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

• Support the development and execution of firm-wide marketing and business development strategies

• Assist in drafting and editing marketing materials, including pitch decks, client alerts, website content, and attorney biographies

• Manage and update website content through CMS platforms and assist with SEO optimization efforts

• Work with attorneys to prepare RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations

• Track marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI

Client & Business Development:

• Plan and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives

• Support social media and digital marketing efforts, including content scheduling and performance tracking (e.g., LinkedIn)

• Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for growth

Requirements

Education & Experience (Required):

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
