Role Purpose

Drive the creation and management of digital catalogs within SAP Ariba Guided Buying while enabling strategic sourcing through Ariba eSourcing. This role ensures efficient, compliant procurement by connecting sourcing, supplier enablement, contracts, and catalog deployment into a unified digital process.

This position can be remote, but candidates must be within close proximity of Greater Cleveland, OH. 

Primary Areas of Responsibility

Catalog Management & Enablement

  • Administer catalogs within SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing
  • Validate, approve, and publish catalogs and updates
  • Identify spend opportunities to drive catalog adoption
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding for catalog enablement
  • Ensure alignment between catalogs and contract terms
  • Resolve catalog issues and reinforce compliance

Ariba eSourcing Execution

  • Support execution of sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, auctions)
  • Configure sourcing templates, pricing structures, and evaluation criteria
  • Partner with sourcing teams to translate strategies into events
  • Manage supplier participation and onboarding for events
  • Analyze sourcing results for savings and performance insights

S2P Integration & Process Alignment

  • Ensure sourcing outcomes translate into catalogs or contracts
  • Enable awarded suppliers for downstream procurement execution
  • Partner with IT and S2P teams to optimize workflows
  • Drive continuous improvement across sourcing and buying

Governance, Adoption & Performance

  • Drive adoption of Ariba tools across procurement teams
  • Track KPIs such as sourced spend, cycle time, and participation
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing and procurement policies
  • Support training and change management
Basic Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain of related with 1-3 years experience exclusively in Ariba; 5+ years in procurement space plus 3 years in Ariba catalogging and e-sourcing in lieu of a degree
  • SAP Ariba experience (Catalogs and eSourcing)
  • Experience executing sourcing events (RFP, RFQ, auctions)
  • Understanding of S2P processes
  • Strong project management and stakeholder skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Strong commitment to user support, with the ability to track tasks and actions through completion while maintaining a proactive and positive approach
