About the Job
We currently have an exciting remote opportunity for a Test & Learn Analyst to join the Tailored Brands Enterprise Analytics team. The Enterprise Analytics team is central to our data-forward strategy, driving insights into every aspect of our business, supporting stakeholders across the organization, and creating a legendary customer experience. The Test & Learn Analyst will partner closely with stakeholders across our business - designing test experiments to answer key business questions, analyzing data, and providing insights that help improve business strategies and decision-making processes. You will leverage your skills in stakeholder management, data processing and storytelling, to ensure quality analytical work that is impactful to business outcomes. You'll coordinate with senior leadership to understand what's working, what we should change, and make tradeoffs between tactics.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities
• Partner with business stakeholders on key business questions, delivering creative test solutions and strategies to drive real business results.
• Provide actionable test results in a clear, interpretable, and applicable way that can be shared widely, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify test opportunities and goals.
• Participate in test planning meetings, offering counsel and recommendations on best practices for test design while also adjusting for business needs.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously based on what is most impactful to the business and our customers
• Act as liaison between Test & Learn vendor and internal IT identifying relevant store/customer attributes and metrics to set up as data feeds and assisting internal IT with data maintenance and validation.
• Partner across Analytics to share learnings, align on methodologies and leverage best practices.
What You'll Bring | Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, with progressive responsibility in leading, executing, and presenting data-driven projects to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Mastercard's Test & Learn tool (Previously APT), with deep hands-on experience in utilizing it for test analysis, optimization, and decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with A/B testing process to improve business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to identify business needs, provide in-depth analysis, and derive actionable insights that address underlying issues and drive business performance.
• Foundation in statistical modeling, including segmentation, linear regression, and hypothesis testing.
• Exceptional communication skills-both written and oral-suitable for presenting complex findings to all levels of the organization, with a particular emphasis on delivering insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Fluent with complex SQL queries and dataset transformations on large datasets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; act as a bridge among business, analytics and engineering teams.
• Proven ability of delivering highly complex analytics projects involving methodology development, analysis, strategic recommendations, and presentation of the findings.
• Confidence to scrutinize and share the limitations of our analyses when the data isn't perfect.
• Bachelor's degree in applied Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Market Analysis, or related fields; or relevant experience

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time

• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location.

The starting salary for this position is $70,200 - $110,000 and may increase to $146,300 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual's skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
