Job description

We’re growing at Seaboard Services of Virginia, Inc, and we are looking to bring on a BIM Modeler / Detailer who’s strong in Revit and has experience with precast concrete work.

If you’re the kind of person who takes pride in clean models, coordinated details, and getting things right the first time — you’ll fit in well here.

What we need

  • 5+ years of BIM modeling / detailing experience (give or take)
  • Solid skills in Revit (required)
  • Precast Concrete experience is a plus (walls, hollowcore, double tees, embeds, connections, etc.)
  • Ability to coordinate with engineers, detailers, and field teams

Work setup

✅ Remote or in-office (Richmond, VA area)
