Job description

Oxford Solutions has an opening with our construction client for a Residential Architectural Drafter.

This is an onsite role in Pittsburgh, PA. Candidates must be local to the Pittsburgh area in order to be considered.

In this role, you will perform drafting, layout, and design work for residential construction projects. Revit experience is required, and ArchiCAD knowledge is a plus.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare residential design drawings, layouts, and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Support revisions to floor plans, elevations, details, and related project drawings.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure drawings meet project requirements and design standards.
  • Review plans for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in architectural drafting.
  • Entry level to 3 years of drafting experience.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit required.
